Reiki Level 1: Foundations of the Inner Healer
Usui Reiki Level 1 Certification Workshop
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your journey into energetic self-discovery. This foundational workshop is designed to open your natural healing potential and establish a secure, grounded relationship with life-force energy. Whether you are looking to start a personal self-healing practice or take the first step toward becoming a professional practitioner, this level provides the essential tools and attunement necessary to begin.
In this workshop, you will:
Understand the History of Usui Reiki: We explore the origins of the tradition and the lineage that connects you directly to the source. You will learn the history that informs the practice we use today.
Master Foundational Hand Positions: You will learn the specific hand placements for self-treatment and for treating others. This is the "how-to" of physical Reiki application, providing you with a reliable technique to support your body's natural balance.
Integrate Chakra Fundamentals: We go beyond the basics by exploring the human energetic system. You will learn how the chakras function and how to incorporate this knowledge into your Reiki practice for a more holistic approach to healing.
Receive Your Level 1 Attunement: This is the heart of the workshop. You will participate in the traditional alignment process that opens your energetic channels, allowing you to access and channel Reiki energy with greater ease.
Engage in Hands-On Practice: This course is immersive. You will spend dedicated time practicing the techniques in a supportive, supervised group setting, building the confidence to feel and work with energy in real-time.
What to expect:
This is an experiential workshop. Expect a balance of informative theory and practical, hands-on application. My goal is to create a secure, protective container where you feel safe to explore your intuitive abilities, ask questions, and experience the transformative power of Reiki firsthand. This training honors the traditional Usui method while incorporating the practical, sensory-focused teaching style of the "Bending the Elements" method.
