During a Reiki session, I serve as a clear channel for healing energy, allowing it to flow where it is most needed. Reiki may help calm the nervous system, ease emotional heaviness, release energetic stagnation, support relaxation and restore a greater sense of inner peace and alignment.
Every session is unique. Some people experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, vivid imagery or a renewed sense of clarity. Others simply feel lighter, calmer and more centered afterward.
I offer both in-person and distance Reiki sessions. Distance Reiki is just as intentional and energetically focused as an in-person session and can be received from the comfort of your own space.
